Jura Montagne
Stir Fry with Cheese Chips
Ingredienti
- 150 g Jura Montagne
- ½ tbsp caraway seeds, paprika and chilli powder each
- 250 g rice noodles
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 250 g chicken (diced)
- 2 leeks
- 100 g shiitake mushrooms
- 100 g mushrooms
- 250 g green cabbage
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chili powder,2 tbsp curry,1 tbsp turmeric,1 tbsp paprika
Preparazione
- Grate Jura Montagne and flatten small portions onto a sheet of baking paper and sprinkle with paprika, chilli powder and caraway. Bake for 5-10 minutes at 180 degrees until the portions have turned into nice golden brown discs. Allow to cool.
- In the mean time cook the rice noodles as stated on the packaging.
- Slice the onions into strips, add the mustard seeds and fry in a wok or large frying pan. Add the chicken.
- Chop the leeks, mushrooms and kale and fry in the wok and season with soy sauce, chilli powder, curry powder, turmeric and paprika. Finally, stir in the rice noodles.
- Arrange on plates and serve with cheese chips.
