Variation with tomatoes
Ingredienti
- 800 g LeSupebe Fondue Gourmet
- 10 dried tomatoes
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- Some cloves of garlic
Preparazione
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, cut the sun-dried tomatoes in small pieces, peel the garlic and cut in half.
- Rub fondue pot with garlic, briefly sauté together with dried and fresh tomatoes over medium heat.
- Add cheese mixture and melt with constant stirring. Serve and keep warm at constant heat.
