Fior delle Alpi
Gerstentaler
Ingredienti
- 150 g Fior delle Alpi
- 1.5 cups barley
- 6 cups water
- 6 tbsp fresh herbs, e.g. Thyme, oregano, basil, parsley and rosemary
- 1 tsp salt, pepper
- 1 tbsp flour
- 2 eggs
- Olive oil
Preparazione
- Cook barley until soft according to package insert.
- Add chopped herbs, salt, pepper, flour and beaten eggs, mix well.
- Add barley portion-wise with a spoon in the pan, forming rounds about the size of a coin and fry in olive oil.
- Before serving generously garnish with slivers of the Fior delle Alpi.
Tip: Serve with steamed vegetables.
