Jura Montagne
Vegetable Schnitzel
Ingredienti
- 800 g of vegetables of your choice, such as kohlrabi, celery, pumpkin, zucchini squash or eggplant
- 8 tbsp ground bread or bread crumbs
- 8 tbsp ground hazelnuts
- 60 g Jura Montagne, grated
- 3 eggs
- 8 tbsp flour
- Olive oil for frying
Preparazione
- Cut vegetables into slices and blanch for a few minutes.
- For breading, mix bread, nuts and Jura Montagne.
- Coat vegetables with flour, pull through the egg and then coat with the prepared breading.
- Fry in hot oil
Tip: Serve with a fresh salad
