LeSuperbe – Mountain Quality Seal

Our exclusive LeSuperbe Mountain Quality Seal guarantees that our cheese comes from pure Swiss mountain milk and that it is handcrafted locally in the mountain region following a traditional recipe and only following artisanal production methods. We select only the best cheese wheels and mature them in our cellars using a traditional affinage method until each wheel ripens to the perfection of its flavor. We only grant our Mountain Quality Seal to Mountain Milk Cheese that complies with our highest standards.

Urschwyzer

Aromatic and herbal, pure and natural, tangy yet delicate – that’s our Urschwyzer cheese made from Swiss mountain milk. Our Urschwyzer is ripened to the peak of its flavor for at least six months using traditional maturing methods, resulting in a uniquely tangy yet delicate cheese – which has already become a legend in its own right.

Lustenberger 1862 creamy and extra-tangy

Fior delle Alpi

Clean air, rich soils with powerful herbs, mountain milk from pure nature and honest artisanry in the small mountain cheese dairy: Fior delle Alpi is a jewel of the Swiss mountains, hidden in a black rind. Spicy and aged with fine salt crystals that melt in your mouth.

Jura Montagne

A bitter wind skims over the untamed, rugged landscape with remote high moors, craggy rocks, deep green forests and powerful herbs. The natural mountain milk gives the wild aromatic Jura Montagne its
unadulterated taste with sweet flavors of almonds and vanilla.

Mountain Milk Raclette
