Asparagus Salad
Rezept Spargel-Salat

Ingrédients

  • 500 g green asparagus
  • 200 g Grand Maurice - Réserve du Patron®
  • 500g strawberries
  • 1-2 chilli peppers
  • 50 g sprouts
  • 50 g cashew nuts
  • For the sauce: olive oil, freshly squeezed lime juice, salt and pepper

Préparation

  1. Peer asparagus to your taste and cut off the hard ends.
  2. Head 2 l water in a large saucepan and add 1 tbsp oil and 1 tsp salt. Let the asparagus simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Wash and quarter the strawberries in the meantime. Deseed the chilli peppers and cut into rings. Cut the Grand Maurice into cubes.
  4. Leave the asparagus to cool slightly and cut into approx. 4 cm-long pieces. Serve with the other ingredients on a plate, season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and garnish with nuts and sprouts.
