LeSuperbe Raclette Gourmet
Mediterranean Polenta
Ingrédients
- 250 g LeSuperbe Raclette
- 6 tomatoes
- 2 leeks
- 75 g black olives
- 1 onion
- 6 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
- 4 tbsp fresh thyme
- 6 sprigs rosemary
- 3 dl white wine
- Salt, pepper
- 7.5 dl water
- 180 g polenta
Préparation
- Finely dice Raclette LeSuperbe and tomatoes, cut leeks and olives into fine rings.
- Finely chop onion and garlic and sauté in hot olive oil.
- Add leek and rosemary twigs, deglaze with white wine, season and cook until just soft.
- In the meantime, prepare the polenta: Bring water to the boil, add salt, stir in polenta and simmer for about 2 minutes. Then stir in the raclette cubes and leave to stand for another few minutes.
- Meanwhile, add the tomatoes, olives and thyme to the leek vegetables and let them heat up.
- Arrange and enjoy!
