Fior delle Alpi
Cheese Chips
Ingrédients
- 150 g Fior delle Alpi
- ½-1 tbsp paprika and chilli powder
- ½-1 tsp nutmeg
Préparation
- Coarsely grate Fior delle Alpi with a cheese grater.
- On a baking release paper, flatten spoon-sized portions and sprinkle with paprika and chilli powder as well as nutmeg as desired.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes at 180 degrees until the portions have turned into nice golden brown chips. Let it cool down a bit and enjoy.
Tip: Tastes especially good with an apple-cinnamon chutney, cranberry sauce or a curry-yoghurt dip.
