Château Heitenried
Kale Salad
Ingrédients
- 400 g kale
- 250 g Château Heitenried
- 1 pomegranate, seeds
- 4 tbsp mixed nuts
- 2 oranges
- Sauce: 6 tbsp olive oil, 3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar, 3 tbsp fresh orange juice, 1 cm ginger (freshly grated), 1 tbsp honey, salt, pepper.
Préparation
- Wash kale, cut away the hard stalks, and chop into bite-sized chunks.
- Blend the salad sauce and mix in well with the kale. Serve on plates.
- Cut Château Heitenried into small pieces. Remove pomegranate seeds, fillet the oranges or cut them into small pieces, and roughly cut the nuts. Spread all the ingredients over the salad - done!
