Mini skewers

  • 100 g Lustenberger 1862 fruity and tangy
  • 1 kiwi
  • 100 g blueberries

 

Baked mushrooms

  • 50 g Lustenberger 1862 fruity and tangy
  • ½ pomegranate, only the seeds
  • 200 g mushrooms

 

Berry dream on puff pastry

  • 150 g Lustenberger 1862 fruity and tangy
  • 1 puff pastry, square
  • 150 g raspberries

 

Salmon rolls

  • 100 g Lustenberger 1862 fruity and tangy
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 tablespoons each of chopped peppermint and lemon balm leaves
  • 150 g smoked salmon in slices

Préparation

  • Mini skewers: Cut Lustenberger 1862 and kiwi into small pieces and put them with the blueberries on toothpicks.
  • Baked mushrooms: Grate Lustenberger 1862 fruity and tangy and mix with the pomegranate seeds. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stem. Fill mushrooms and bake for 15 minutes at 180 °C.
  • Berry dream on puff pastry: Cut the puff pastry into squares of about 3x4 cm. Put 40 g of raspberries aside for decoration, puree the remaining raspberries and spread on the puff pastry pieces, bake at 200 °C for 20 minutes. Cut Lustenberger 1862 fruity and tangy sticks and spread on the baked dough pieces. Garnish with raspberries.
  • Salmon rolls: Grate Lustenberger 1862 fruity and tangy finely. Grate the lemon zest and mix with the herbs, the cream cheese and the grated Lustenberger in 1862. Roll into the salmon slices in portions.
