Chia Pudding with Cheese Topping
Ingredientes
- 100 g Saint Christoph
- 6 tablespoons chia seeds
- 500 ml oat milk
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 4 tablespoons liquid honey
- 300 g crème fraîche
- 100 g almonds
- 250 g blueberries
Preparación
- Mix together the chia seeds with the oat milk, cocoa powder and honey for the pudding and stir well. Fill in 4 decorative glasses and chill for 3 hours so that it solidifies.
- Chop the almonds. Grate Saint Christoph , blend with 150 g of crème fraiche and puree. Carefully spread the mixture on the solidified chia pudding, sprinkle with half of the almonds and cover with blueberries. Place some berries to the side for decoration.
- Add the remaining crème fraiche on top of the blueberries.
- Decorate with the remaining blueberries and almonds.
