As an important step toward the future direction of our company, we are pleased to welcome Colette Schilling as our new CEO, starting on January 6, 2025. Colette brings over 20 years of international experience in the food, nutritional supplements, and pharmaceutical industries. Her expertise includes launching innovative products, strengthening global brands, and developing sustainable market strategies.

Simon Gander has led Lustenberger & Dürst with great dedication over many years. As a member of the Board of Directors, he will continue to represent Lustenberger & Dürst’s interests in external bodies, such as industry associations, bringing his extensive experience and strategic expertise to these roles. Additionally, he will actively oversee the strategic development of key projects within the supply chain.
