Saint Christoph
Vegetable Skewers
Ingredients
- 300 g Saint Christoph
- 1 zucchinis
- 400 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 yellow pepper
- 50 g sprouts
- 50 g cream cheese
- Salt, pepper
- Wooden skewers
Preparation
- Cut zucchini with the peeler into thin strips, lay aside.
- Cut pepper into cubes and blanch briefly in salt water, cool.
- Cut Saint Christoph into long strips.
- Coat the zucchini strips with cheese, flavour, top with sprouts and wrap a piece of Saint Christoph in it.
- Place pieces of chilli, cherry tomatoes and zucchini packets on skewers and serve.
