LeSuperbe Raclette Gourmet
Valais Steak
Ingredients
- 8 slices Raclette LeSuperbe
- 4 steaks, pork or veal
- 2 tomatoes
- Salt, pepper
Preparation
- Sauté steaks on both sides in olive oil, flavour with salt and pepper and place in an oven-proof dish.
- Garnish meat with two tomato slices and Raclette LeSuperbe.
- In a preheated oven, bake at 180°C for approx. 5-10 minutes.
Goes well with: Steamed vegetables and rosemary potatoes.
