Stir Fry with Cheese Chips

Ingredients

  • 150 g Jura Montagne
  • ½ tbsp caraway seeds, paprika and chilli powder each
  • 250 g rice noodles
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 250 g chicken (diced)
  • 2 leeks
  • 100 g shiitake mushrooms
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 250 g green cabbage
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chili powder,2 tbsp curry,1 tbsp turmeric,1 tbsp paprika

Preparation

  1. Grate Jura Montagne and flatten small portions onto a sheet of baking paper and sprinkle with paprika, chilli powder and caraway. Bake for 5-10 minutes at 180 degrees until the portions have turned into nice golden brown discs. Allow to cool.
  2. In the mean time cook the rice noodles as stated on the packaging. 
  3. Slice the onions into strips, add the mustard seeds and fry in a wok or large frying pan. Add the chicken.
  4. Chop the leeks, mushrooms and kale and fry in the wok and season with soy sauce, chilli powder, curry powder, turmeric and paprika. Finally, stir in the rice noodles.
  5. Arrange on plates and serve with cheese chips.
