Diabolo Gourmet
Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients
- 150-200 g Diabolo Gourmet
- 6 eggs
- 6 tbsp cream (or milk)
- ½ bunch each of chives and dill
- Salt, pepper, paprika, freshly grated nutmeg
- 2 tsp butter
Preparation
- Mix the eggs with the cream or milk.
- Grate the Diabolo Gourmet, finely chop the herbs and stir in the eggs, season.
- Heat the butter in a frying pan, add the egg-cheese mixture.
- As soon as the egg begins to set at the edges, push together with a wooden spoon to the centre of the pan. Repeat until the entire egg is set.
