Grand Maurice Réserve du Patron®
Porcini Bruschetta
Ingredients
- 250 g porcini mushrooms
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 400 g sourdough or whole-grain bread
- 220 g Grand Maurice
- A bunch of lemon thyme
- Salt, nutmeg and pepper from the mill
- ½ lemon
Preparation
- Cut the mushrooms into strips, press the garlic, chop the herbs, grate the lemon peel and squeeze the juice.
- Fry the garlic and add the mushrooms. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, herbs and lemon zest and juice, braise for a few minutes.
- Cut bread into pieces, cut 120g Grand Maurice into fine slices. Put it on bread.
- Spread the fried mushrooms on the slices of bread. Coarsely grate the remaining Grand Maurice and pour over the mushrooms.
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
