Château Heitenried
Millet Salad
Ingredients
- 120 g Château Heitenried
- 120 g chickpeas
- 120 g millet
- 2 apples
- 100 g red grapes
- Dressing: 4 tablespoons linseed oil, 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, salt, pepper
Preparation
- Cook the millet and chickpeas according to the package insert and allow to cool. Chickpeas must be soaked for 12 hours before cooking – alternatively you can purchase cooked chickpeas.
- Cut Chateau Heitenried and apple into small pieces, halve the grapes, remove the seeds.
- Mix oil, vinegar, salt and pepper in a salad bowl and mix with the remaining ingredients – ready!
