Grilled watermelon
Ingredients
1 watermelon
200 g Raclette in slices
2 - 3 sprigs of peppermint
hazel nuts
Preparation
Cut watermelon into eighths or fourths depending on the size, then cut these into 3-4 cm-thick slices.
Lay slices on the grill for a few minutes, then cover with cheese and wait until the cheese has melted.
Garnish with fresh peppermint and chopped hazelnuts for that little extra touch.
-> Hazelnuts taste especially fine if they are roasted: To do this, place chopped hazelnuts in a small, fireproof bowl, put on the grill and shake from time to time.
