Grilled steak with cheese
Ingredients
4 pork steaks (from neck) between 180 - 220 g
200 g Raclette in slices
Extra virgin olive oil
For side dishes
1 kg green asparagus
2 corn cobs
Bowl (approx. 250 g) of cherry tomatoes
4 large potatoes
Crème fraîche
Preparation
Grill the meat as usual. If you like nice grill stripes on the meat, brush the meat before grilling with some olive oil.
When the steak is ready, put two slices of cheese on each piece of meat, close the lid of the grill and let the steak cook again for a moment (until the cheese has melted). Before the cheese is placed on the meat, season the meat with coarse salt and pepper from the pepper grinder.
-> Grilled asparagus, corn on the cob, cherry tomatoes and potatoes in foil (filled with crème fraîche) from the grill are suitable as sides.
