Saint Christoph
Couscous Salad
Ingredients
- 300 g Saint Christoph
- 150 g couscous
- 300 ml bouillon
- 150 g cucumber
- 300 g tomatoes
- Salt
- 3 green onions
- For the sauce: 4 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed), 4 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 bunch mint, 1/2 bunch parsley, salt, pepper
Preparation
- Bring couscous to a boil with the bouillon and let swell for 5-10 minutes.
- Dice Saint Christopher, cucumber and tomato, cut spring onions into thin rings.
- For the sauce Finely chop mint and parsley leaves and whisk with salt, pepper, lime juice and olive oil.
- Mix all ingredients with the sauce in a bowl, soak 10 minutes and season again to taste, if necessary.
