Couscous Salad
Rezept Couscous-Salat

Ingredients

  • 300 g Saint Christoph
  • 150 g couscous
  • 300 ml bouillon
  • 150 g cucumber
  • 300 g tomatoes
  • Salt
  • 3 green onions
  • For the sauce: 4 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed), 4 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 bunch mint, 1/2 bunch parsley, salt, pepper

Preparation

  1. Bring couscous to a boil with the bouillon and let swell for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Dice Saint Christopher, cucumber and tomato, cut spring onions into thin rings.
  3. For the sauce Finely chop mint and parsley leaves and whisk with salt, pepper, lime juice and olive oil.
  4. Mix all ingredients with the sauce in a bowl, soak 10 minutes and season again to taste, if necessary.
