Saint Christoph
Cheese Tartare
Ingredients
- 200 g Saint Christoph
- 3 gherkins
- 1 egg
- 100 g cottage cheese
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 hot pepper
Preparation
- Cut Saint Christoph cheese and gherkins into very small cubes.
- Boil the egg and dice as well.
- Chop chives and mix with mustard and cottage cheese. Work in egg, gherkins, and Saint Christoph. Season with salt and pepper.
- Halve tomatoes or hot peppers, hollow out, and fill with tartare.
Tip: The tartar also tastes great on a toasted baguette.
