Fior delle Alpi
Buckwheat Pasta
Ingredients
- 150 g Fior delle Alpi
- 1 onion
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 courgette
- 3 carrots
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 50ml vegetable stock
- 350 g buckwheat pasta
Preparation
- Cut the onion, pepper, courgette and carrots into strips.
- Fry the onions in hot oil, then add all vegetables except the tomatoes; steam, then add 50ml of stock and cook for 10-15 minutes until tender.
- In the meantime cook the pasta as stated on the packaging.
- Add the cherry tomatoes to the vegetable pan for the last 2 minutes. Serve with freshly grated Fior delle Apli and enjoy. En Guete! Enjoy your meal!
