Diabolo Gourmet
Beef Roulade
Ingredients
- 4 beef cutlets
- Salt, pepper
- 1 zucchinis
- 120 g Diabolo Gourmet
- ½ bunch of basil
- Oil for frying
Preparation
- Pound the cutlets flat, season.
- Cut the zucchinis with the peeler into thin strips, cut Diabolo Gourmet into very thin slices.
- Coat each cutlet with approx. 30 g Diabolo Gourmet and some zucchinis strips and basil leaves. Roll up and fix with toothpicks and fry in hot oil.
Tip: Serve with a crisp green salad
