Grand Maurice Réserve du Patron®
Asparagus Salad
Ingredients
- 500 g green asparagus
- 200 g Grand Maurice - Réserve du Patron®
- 500g strawberries
- 1-2 chilli peppers
- 50 g sprouts
- 50 g cashew nuts
- For the sauce: olive oil, freshly squeezed lime juice, salt and pepper
Preparation
- Peer asparagus to your taste and cut off the hard ends.
- Head 2 l water in a large saucepan and add 1 tbsp oil and 1 tsp salt. Let the asparagus simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Wash and quarter the strawberries in the meantime. Deseed the chilli peppers and cut into rings. Cut the Grand Maurice into cubes.
- Leave the asparagus to cool slightly and cut into approx. 4 cm-long pieces. Serve with the other ingredients on a plate, season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and garnish with nuts and sprouts.
