Only the best cheeses from exclusive dairies are selected by our maître affineurs to be matured for a particularly long period of time. In the cave micro-climate, deep within the sandstone of our traditional cheese cellar in Hünenberg See, the cheeses are carefully looked after by our experts. The cheese is given space and time to ripen. Only in this way, can it develop its taste to perfection. Our maître affineurs apply the greatest of care in selecting the cheeses, which are prepared with a focus on enjoyment. As a result, each piece is an incomparably sensuous taste experience.

Emmentaler AOP – Sélection LeSuperbe

Only the best original Swiss Emmentaler AOP is refined extra long - for a full aroma with a strong, aromatic, nutty note.

Gruyère AOP – Sélection LeSuperbe

Spicily ripe with fine salt crystals and a fruity note - the longer ripening time produces a particularly fine Gruyère AOP.
