Our Arve stone pine cheese is made using the very finest Swiss stone pine needles from the highest peaks of the alpine forests. The pine needles are picked by moonlight in midsummer, when they are at their freshest and juiciest, and are combined with our hand-crafted raw milk cheese with its fruity, aromatic taste to create an unparalleled masterpiece of flavor.
