Excellent results at the International Cheese Awards 2019

We are extremely pleased that our cheese specialities achieved excellent results in important categories at the International Cheese Awards 2019 in Nantwich.

Lustenberger 1862 aromatic and savory was awarded Gold as Best Swiss Cheese made with raw milk. Also Le Gruyère AOP Antique Langrüti 1862 is a gold medal winner: in the category of Best Swiss Cheese – Gruyère AOP.

Behold! Two more of our cheeses were able to bring back gold medals: Fior delle Alpi in the category of Hard cheese made with unpasteurised milk – any other variety and Jura Montagne for Semi-soft cheese – any variety.

Our Gold star Le Gruyère AOP Antique Langrüti 1862 has also won Silver, namely in the category Hard cheese made with unpasteurised milk – any other variety. Another silver medal goes to Château Heitenried for Semi-soft cheese – any variety.

In the category Hard cheese made with unpasteurised milk – any other variety we proudly announce another winner of our cheeses: Bronze for Urschwyzer. Alongside with Gold Lustenberger 1862 aromatic and savory was honored with the bronze medal for Semi-soft cheese – any variety. Last but not least one more double winner: Bronze for Jura Montagne in the category of Best Swiss Cheese made with raw milk.

International Cheese Awards: The NANTWICH INTERNATIONAL CHEESE SHOW is one of the oldest, most prestigious and traditional cheese events in the world. It took place from 30 to 31 July 2019.
