Its origin: pristine nature, nestled in the landscape of the Alpine foothills, with rich soils and powerful herbs, where everyday life is defined by the weather and the rhythms of nature.

This is the home of our farmers and cheese-makers, with traditional values that are deeply rooted in nature. Their day begins before dawn with careful and care of their cows, to make sure that they eat only the finest grasses. Their passion is to produce traditional Swiss milk used for artisanal cheese making that relies only on the gifts of nature. Following the dictates of nature, inspired by local artisanal cheese-making traditions that use fresh milk from hay and grass feeding – our farmers and cheese-makers preserve the original and genuine secrets of the art of cheese-making.

These are the values we want to share with the world, from the shoulders of our founders Maurice Lustenberger and Niklaus Dürst, who tracked down, collected and shared the secrets of original and genuine cheese-making and traditional affinage. This enabled the development of our exclusive cheeses. Each cheese is a unique, sensual experience of taste: fresh milk from the farm, fine salt crystals, notes of nutmeg, vanilla and spicy honey – we know how to pamper the senses.
