We attach great importance to sustainable production and the careful use of resources. Aspects of environmental protection such as the minimization of pollutant emissions are systematically taken into account in our planning and development processes. We always strive for ecological optimization, with the involvement of our customers, suppliers and employees.

Our suppliers are selected village cheese dairies, with which we have maintained a close relationship for generations. We ensure that our trucks always drive with a full load. We recently renewed the entire façade of our production building to save energy. We encourage our employees to print out documents only when required.

Certifications according to IFS and BRC ensure above-average production reliability. We also want our employees to benefit from progressive working conditions. We ensure equal opportunities and ethical conduct, offer courses in first aid, rescue and fire fighting. We also pay social security contributions when paying the 13th month salary, take over a share of non-workplace accident insurance and the premium of daily allowance insurance, provide work clothes and contribute to the purchase of safety shoes on a yearly basis. In addition, we offer discounts on refuelling and 10 percent discount on cheese and wine in our shop. 

We are also happy to share our resources with the public. We regularly make our beautiful park open to the public free of charge during the Parkzeit exhibition. The Parkzeit project provides a platform for young and emerging artists from the region to exhibit their works.
